About Michelle C. Delehant, Ph.D.

My name is Michelle Delehant and I'm a clinical neuropsychologist with 25 years of experience in neuropsychological testing. After graduating with my Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology, I subsequently completed a 2-year postdoctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology via Fielding University. I was fortunate to have worked with Dr. Leonard Koziol, a double-boarded neuropsychologist, who completely changed the way that I thought about testing. As Dr. Koziol noted, cognition drives functioning. My philosophy for assessment is based on this. Very simply, if you know how someone functions, you know why they are struggling and how to help them. People come to see me for many reasons, most commonly for concerns about attention, memory, or learning. After meeting with them to obtain their concerns and a history, I tailor testing to best fit their needs, to answer their questions, and to generate treatment recommendations. If you are struggling or if you have concerns about a loved one, feel free to contact me. Let's work together to figure it out!
